Refund policy

Symbol Cult operates on a print-on-demand model — every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@symbolcult.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate and make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Because every piece is custom-produced at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved for a defective item, you may place a new order separately once the return is processed.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@symbolcult.com with your order number to initiate.

Refunds Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@symbolcult.com.
